Comet ephemerides for the Netherlands, computed from NASA JPL orbital elements.
Comet brightness is a prediction from standard formulas and is often wrong by several magnitudes (comets can fade or outburst).

How to use it: choose "Visible from NL" to see comets that get at least 10° above the horizon in a dark sky (Sun more than 12° below it). The last column says whether you need binoculars or a telescope or smart telescope. Times are Dutch local time. Comets that pass within 0.15 AU of the Sun are left out: they are almost always destroyed, or only seen by solar spacecraft.
Break-up risk is a rule of thumb, not a probability: it is High for comets known to fragment and for pieces of larger comets, and Medium for comets that pass very close to the Sun, where heat and tides can tear them apart. Comets can still fade or break up without any warning.
